AC Rovers FC
Code of Conduct
One of the key elements crucial to the success of AC Rovers FC’s promotion of kid’s football is the conduct of players, Club officials, Supporters and others associated with the teams.
Players are accustomed to playing in a non- threatening environment so therefore it is essential that there is no complacency. All individuals associated with their teams are aware of the high expectations of the programme in terms of personal conduct.
This club is about the education and development of all players, coaches, and adults in football development. To have a tunnel visioned focus on winning goes against this philosophy, therefore please cooperate with club on this as it is now a matter which can result in serious consequences to all.
The club’s mantra on this will always be:
“Let the players play, the coaches’ coach, the ref referee
and all others support.”
